Spirit Guides are souls that have lived many lifetimes and are a wonderful source of wisdom. They are there to help and assist you on your spiritual path. Even though you may not consciously know it, you picked them to help you before you were born.

Most spirit guides have had incarnations on Earth, and perhaps other realms. They can be human, animal, or “alien”. Spirit guides are often your polar opposite - the other part of your soul that remains on the other side. Guides are not necessarily deceased relatives, but sometimes they are. Some guides stay with you for your entire experience in your present body, while others stay for many years before they leave.

Spirit guides communicate to you in many ways. Sometimes they are that all knowing little voice in your head that you consider your conscience. Other times they speak to you in dreams, meditation, or other altered states of consciousness.
