FAQ about Gaia Drops™

Who can take Gaia Drops™?
 There are no prohibitions regarding who can use these formulas. Even those suffering from chronic illnesses, the elderly, infants, and pets can take them if you like.
How should the essences be stored?
 Room temperature is fine. Do not freeze, store it near electrical appliances or other heat bearing units, or in the sun. You can refrigerate, but it is not required.
How should the essences be administered?
 Eight drops in a cup of water, sipped slowly or four drops under the tongue as needed
four times a day.* During the first few days, taking the drops six times a day (four drops each time) is recommended.

 What should the total duration of use?
 Usually it takes at least ten to fourteen days for results, and they can be taken for as long as twelve to fifteen months. The longer a negative behavior pattern has existed, the longer it usually takes to resolve it.

Should the essence be taken before or during eating?
 The essence should be taken on an empty stomach, within 30 - 60 minutes before or after eating. If you forget a dose, take it immediately upon remembering.

Is it possible to overdose?
 According to the principle of how essences work, an overdose is theoretically impossible.
Is it possible for these essences to become habit-forming?
 No, Essences are not habit-forming since they consist of no physical substance and are merely taken to reestablish harmony. When a person’s balance has been restored, an Essence has no further effect.

How do I administer the compound to my pet?
 There are three common ways to administer the compound to your pet:
1. Hold the dropper 1-2 inches above your pet’s open mouth, making sure not to touch your pet with the dropper. (If contaminated, rinse the dropper in hot water.)
2. The dose can be mixed with a small amount of water and drunk / lapped.
3. Feed the essence to your pet with a spoon.
Note: The recommended dose is 4-7 drops, 3-4 times a day. The essence should be taken 30-60 minutes before or after eating.

Does the alcohol content have a negative effect?
 No, our recipe has less alcohol than you’ll find in regular homeopathic drops.  However, if you add the necessary dose to a cup of steaming hot water and allow it to come to room temperature, you will evaporate out the alcohol content and have left the plant essence in the water.
